These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kraveon Labs website and any purchase made through it. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. Research Use Only — Critical Legal Notice
Products identified as “Research Use Only” are supplied solely for legitimate laboratory research and educational purposes. They are not for human or veterinary use.
Research Use Only products must not be consumed, administered, injected, ingested, inhaled, applied for personal or cosmetic use, or used for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical or veterinary purposes. Information on this website must not be interpreted as dosing, administration or personal-use guidance.
By purchasing a Research Use Only product, you confirm that your intended use is lawful and consistent with its stated research-only designation. Kraveon Labs does not authorise or endorse use outside the purpose stated on the product page and labelling.
3. Eligibility and lawful purchasing
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract and must provide accurate information when ordering. You are responsible for checking that your purchase, possession, storage, handling and intended research use of a product are lawful in the place where you are located.
Nothing in this section transfers Kraveon Labs’ own legal responsibilities to the customer or removes rights that apply under consumer law.
4. Compliance and customer responsibility
You must use products responsibly and in accordance with applicable law, the product description, any stated storage requirements and the Research Use Only restriction where applicable.
You must not purchase or use products for an unlawful purpose, misrepresent a Research Use Only product as approved for human or veterinary use, or use Kraveon Labs content to promote unauthorised medical, therapeutic, performance, cosmetic or safety claims.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe completing it would breach the law, create a regulatory or fraud concern, or facilitate a use that conflicts with a product’s clearly stated Research Use Only status. If we cancel an order after taking payment, amounts due to you will be refunded.
5. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure product titles, quantities, specifications, images and descriptions are accurate. Images are illustrative and minor differences in packaging, vial presentation, label layout or colour may occur where these do not materially change the product as described.
Product descriptions and research information are provided for identification, laboratory research and educational context. They are not medical, veterinary, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic advice and are not a promise of any particular research outcome.
If a material error is discovered in a product description after you order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer correction, replacement, cancellation or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
6. Prices and payment
Unless the website states otherwise, prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Any delivery charges, taxes or other amounts payable through checkout will be shown before you submit your order where required.
Payment must be made using a payment method made available at checkout. An order is not guaranteed merely because a payment authorisation has been attempted or an automated acknowledgement has been sent.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we are not required to supply an item at a price that a reasonable customer would recognise as clearly incorrect. We will contact you before dispatch where practicable and refund any amount paid if the affected order is cancelled.
7. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your basket. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
Unless we state otherwise, the contract for an order is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched. We may decline an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons including unavailable stock, payment failure, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, legal or regulatory concerns, or reasonable concerns regarding prohibited use.
If we cannot supply part of an order, we may contact you about available options. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
8. Delivery
Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery dates or timeframes are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date.
We will take reasonable steps to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Where no different delivery period has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable law.
For consumers, risk in the goods normally passes when you, or a person identified by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them. This does not affect any rights you may have if goods are lost, damaged, faulty or delivered incorrectly.
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will comply with any cancellation, refund or other rights that the law gives you because of a delay.
9. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of the research materials we supply, Kraveon Labs does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law.
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible at info@kraveonlabs.com or through our Contact page. If the order has not yet been dispatched and can still be cancelled, we will cancel it and refund the amount due to you.
Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept voluntary returns or provide change-of-mind refunds. After dispatch, a return, replacement or refund will only be provided where Kraveon Labs is legally required to do so or where we expressly agree otherwise.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where a statutory distance-selling cancellation right applies to particular goods despite dispatch, that right remains unaffected. Where a lawful statutory exception applies to a product, that exception will be relied upon only where its legal requirements are met.
If a return is authorised, you must follow the return instructions we provide. To the extent permitted by law, we may refuse a voluntary return or make any deduction permitted by law where goods have been opened, unsealed, contaminated, damaged, stored incorrectly, handled beyond what is reasonably necessary, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale or further research use.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Research product handling and prohibited use
Research Use Only products must be handled, stored and used only in an appropriate lawful research context. You must not:
- use them for human or veterinary consumption or administration;
- use them for diagnosis, treatment, prevention or mitigation of disease;
- use them as medicines, food, supplements, cosmetics or personal-use products;
- publish or repeat claims suggesting Kraveon Labs has authorised such uses; or
- use the website, packaging or brand to facilitate unlawful activity.
These restrictions do not reduce any statutory responsibility Kraveon Labs has for the goods we supply.
11. Website information and no professional advice
The website may contain scientific, technical or educational information. It is provided for general research information only and does not constitute medical, veterinary, legal, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic or other professional advice.
You should independently assess the suitability of any product, method or information for your lawful research purpose and obtain appropriate professional advice where needed.
12. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes connected with browsing, purchasing and learning about Kraveon Labs products. You must not knowingly introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website’s operation, scrape or reproduce substantial website content without permission, or use the website fraudulently.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or protection of the website and its users.
13. Social media, influencers and third-party statements
Statements made by influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, creators or other third parties are not automatically statements made or approved by Kraveon Labs. No third party is authorised to make medical, therapeutic, performance, safety or other unauthorised claims on our behalf.

Our website may contain links to or rely on services provided by third parties, including payment, delivery and technology providers. A link does not mean we endorse all content on an external website. Third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
15. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Kraveon Labs name, branding, logos, website design, graphics, photographs, text and original website content are owned by or licensed to Kraveon Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the website for normal lawful browsing and purchasing. You may not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, modify or distribute protected Kraveon Labs content without permission, except where the law allows.
16. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
If you are purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes, then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings. Nothing in this paragraph overrides liabilities that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Kraveon Labs is not responsible for loss caused by a customer’s unlawful, prohibited or unauthorised use of a product where that loss was not caused by a breach of our own legal duties.
17. Events outside our reasonable control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather, infrastructure failure, cyber incidents, industrial action, acts of government or other comparable events. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and will honour any rights you have to cancel or obtain a refund under applicable law.
18. Privacy
Personal information provided through the website is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law and any Privacy Policy published on this website. Payment information may also be processed by the payment providers made available through Shopify checkout.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, law or regulatory requirements. The version applying to an order will normally be the version in force when that order is accepted, unless a change must apply by law.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
20. Severability, waiver and transfer
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that right has been waived.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms where this does not reduce your rights. You may transfer your rights where the law permits or with our written agreement.
21. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections available to you under the law applicable to you and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
